I am so grateful to Chris as he was able to come out, survey, quote and install a new water heater in just a few hours. The customer service was outstanding! Chris was professional , knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. They are also very reasonably priced. I told Chris that I had been ripped off by a contractor who was to redo my bathrooms. He informed me that he also does remodeling.This company will be my new go to for any plumbing services I may need in the future. I am looking forward to having him remodel my bathrooms in the future!!!

I recently had Carolina Plumbing come out to fix a leak in my water heater, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Francisco, the technician, did an excellent job with the installation. The entire process was quick and efficient, which was a huge relief.
Francisco took the time to educate me on the items he would be installing and explained the layout of the new piping. His thoroughness and professionalism were evident throughout the entire visit. I felt confident in the work being done and appreciated the clear communication.

Chris did a fantastic job. Our downstairs toilet started leaking from the bottom on a Saturday at 3:30 in the afternoon. Fortunately I caught it before the water had gotten out of the bathroom. Chris told me how to turn the water off from the toilet to stop any more leaking. He was there promptly Sunday morning around 10:30 and stayed with it until the toilet was totally unplugged and everything was left sparkling clean and sanitized. He even showed me how to turn off the water main! I will call him for any other plumbing issues we might have. So polite and efficient. Thanks again, Chris!

I generally don’t leave reviews for things but these guys were awesome. Super quick response times from the beginning and reasonable estimates that weren’t over-inflated. The nicest guys you’ll ever meet. Professional and very knowledgeable on a lot of different things, and even showed me how to light the pilot on the new water heater in case I ever had to. Great experience, quality workmanship, and I’ll be using them again in the future. Thanks!

Fransisco was amazing!! My shower handle was leaking and toilet had a crack in it, after contacting carolina plumbing they sent out Fransisco. Before arrival Francisco communicated with me the moment he was otw to the time he arrived and when he was finished. he worked effectively and took his time until the job was finished, he also made sure to double check after and provide reassurance my problem was handled. I really appreciate him coming in and fixing my problem professionally and kindly he is amazing ,I highly recommend Francisco ❤️

The next day they came to check the problem, and unfortunately, we had to replace the 20-year-old tank. Their work was excellent and fast (we didn't want to be without hot water so they did everything the same day) and the price was very reasonable.
