Carolina Plumbing & Remodel is looking for an experienced Lead Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. We need a technician who can confidently take ownership of a service truck, diagnose issues accurately, provide solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years’ experience running your own service truck as a lead technician (Required) Proven experience in ALL residential plumbing services, including:* Service & repair
* Drain cleaning
* Water heater repair & installation (tank & tankless)
* Fixture installation & repair
* Water line repairs
* Sewer line diagnostics & repairs
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Experience building estimates and presenting repair options Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordWHAT WE OFFER
